The staff of Christ Lutheran Pre-Kindergarten is kind and enthusiastic. With over 50 years of combined classroom experience, they share a mutual love and respect for our values and will help teach and encourage your child daily. Mrs. Nowlin, 2-3 Year Old Preschool Class - Room 5
Mrs. Nowlin has worked with us at Christ Lutheran as an aide, has worked with Christ Lutheran Church for many more years in teaching roles there, and will enter her third year of teaching for the 2025-26 school year. She enjoys lifeguarding and teaching swim lessons in the summer, and she is very excited for another year as a full-time teacher at Christ. Mrs. Nowlin works with our youngest kiddos, and creates a fun and stimulating environment for them to grow in learning and love for school. She loves creating memorable and meaningful experiences for our little ones as they enter their earliest years of our Pre-Kindergarten program!
Mrs. Daley, 3-4 Year Old Preschool Class - Room 2
Mrs. Daley has been working with Preschool-aged children for over 15 years. Beginning as an aide, her passion for teaching later blossomed into a full-time teacher position at Christ Lutheran. Mrs. Daley grew up in Chicago, and met her husband in high school. Since then, she has raised three daughters and been given the joy of four grandchildren. In her spare time, Mrs. Daley enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, crafting and cheering on her hometown Cubs. We are very grateful to have Mrs. Daley with us at Christ!
Mrs. Hollander, 3-4 Year Old Preschool Class - Room 3
Mrs. Hollander has had over 5 years of experience working in preschools, and recently received her masters in Early Childhood Education. She has worked with us at Christ for a little over three years, and has done an excellent job of providing a developmentally appropriate curriculum and fun activities for our kiddos. We are very blessed to have her working with us at Christ!
Mrs. Sharp, 4-5 Year Old Preschool Class
Mrs. Sharp is a graduate of the Early Childhood Education program in Concordia University Nebraska. She has been working at Christ for the last five years of her 15 years of teaching experience. Mrs. Sharp has worked with many different age groups, including 3rd grade, 1st grade and kindergarten. Mrs. Sharp lives with her husband Carl, and they enjoy hiking together, riding their bikes, remodeling their house and playing with their newly adopted dog, Poppy! We are so grateful to have her as a part of the Christ Lutheran family!
