Mission and Ministry Statement

At Christ Lutheran Pre-Kindergarten we are deeply committed to teaching children the Word of God. Deuteronomy 6:6-7 tells us, “And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart.  You shall teach them diligently to your children,” and Proverbs 22:6 says, “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” We share God’s love by serving children in a safe and structured Christian atmosphere, so that each child will personally know the joy of being a unique individual loved by God the Father, redeemed by His Son Jesus, and sustained in faith by the Holy Spirit.  Each child will be treated as a unique and loved individual and taught through developmentally appropriate activities.

Christ Lutheran Pre-Kindergarten’s written curriculum includes both academic and play experiences that will grow the child spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially, and physically. We employ loving, experienced, and professional teachers and staff to achieve this mission, and also recognize parents have the primary responsibility in skill development and Christian training for their children.  As an outreach endeavor of Christ Lutheran Church, we strive to set an example of Christ’s love through God’s Word and to assist in the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of the children entrusted to our care.
